Our mission at CCHS is to rescue animals from a variety of situations and provide them with a second chance at a happy life. We are committed to offering them a safe haven, medical assistance, and love until they find their forever homes. As a non-profit organization, we rely 100% on donations to carry out our mission. Whether financial support, supply donations, or estate gifts, every donation makes a difference. We are so grateful for the generosity of our community, whose support allows us to make a real difference in the lives of these animals.
Financial Contribution
Caring for the animals at CCHS averages $20,000 per month. These funds are used for general husbandry needs, medical care, facility maintenance and our dedicated kennel team. Financial donations are at the core of making our mission successful. We are grateful for any amount you wish to give. If you would like to specify how your donation is to be used, please mention the funds below.

General Fund - Donations made to the General Fund are used in all aspects of Clayton County Humane’s day to day operations.

Bob Valiando Spay/Neuter Fund - The Bob Valiando Spay/Neuter Fund” has been funded initially by donations made by Bob’s family and friends. You can help this fund continue to grow through donations made specifically for this project. These funds will be used for animals who would otherwise go unaltered. Eligibility will be determined on a case by case basis. Bob’s family will be notified each time a donation is made.

Our list includes commonly used cleaning supplies, dog food, cat food, and treats. Purchasing an item from our Wishlist is an easy way to help us care for the animals that we rescue.
